Founded in the year 2000 as one-man-office by
Roland Prause, mechanical engineer and former
senior appraiser of the German subsidiary of the
worldwide operating Troostwijk-Group, and driven
by the idea of linking a nationwide network of highly
skilled experts to a powerful databased appraisal
technology, the firm soon gained clients from all
sectors of industry, finance and insurance.
A first milestone was a Fair-Market-Value appraisal
of several chemical plants between Christmas and
New Year 2000/2001 with a total of over 35,000
single assets within only two weeks.
More products were launched and met the demands
of a global operating industry.
Meanwhile we're able to offer the whole spectrum
of asset-valuation-solutions, ranging from
"walk-through-valuations" over "bulk"-appraisals
to detailed inventory documentations.
All performed with the same passion and dedication
to our profession, that made us start up this firm,
in order to achieve maximum benefit for our clients.
